Yoga for elders and the injured is a specific type of yoga class that can be catered to the needs of the students. Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Restorative Yoga are all taught by trained teachers, graduate students and interns who specialize in those areas.

Yoga for Kids, Teens, and those with special needs can help students cope with bullying, peer pressure, and stress-related anxiety at home and at school.  Yoga creates a positive outlet for emotions and a safe, non-judgemental place for self-expression.
